HANCOER: A Fastcore/Thrashcore Powerviolence from Kelantan

Hailing from Kelantan, HANCOER is an electrifying band that blends fastcore, thrashcore, grindcore, powerviolence, and a touch of old-school hardcore punk. With a lineup that promises intensity and raw energy, the band consists of Ejam on vocals (known for his work with Whatever It Takes), Mat Rejab delivering relentless blast beats on drums (from Rehearse, Through The Blaze, and Oxidicide), Pangg shredding the guitar (also of Sokka and Re:Life), and their newest member, Apik, handling the bass (from Re:Life and Misplaced).

Early Tracks and Future Plans

HANCOER has already shared a few tracks on Bandcamp, but they acknowledge that the quality isn't up to their standards for a physical release. The recordings were made raw, capturing their unfiltered energy, and the band is continuously rehearsing to refine their sound. They are dedicated to perfecting their music, aiming to release at least 20 tracks for their debut material this year.

Dedication and Challenges

Despite the challenges of geographical distance and busy schedules, with their bassist based in Kuala Lumpur and drummer in Terengganu, HANCOER remains committed to their craft. The members are balancing other bands and personal commitments but are eager to bring their music to live gigs and eventually release their material.

Stay Tuned and Keep Supporting

To all their supporters, HANCOER extends their gratitude and asks for patience. They are working hard to ensure the wait is worth it, hoping to create unforgettable moments of sing-alongs and circle pits at future gigs. For now, follow their journey and stay updated through their social media channels:
